I used to think about how to hire when the economy is in total disintegration.

Today, I watched some job ads. I hope somebody will notice me. I would like to find a job that I could enjoy. I hope for some better days.

I think that today companies are pursuing a very terrible policy of workers. My experiences are like that. I would like to have a better cooperation and happiness.
